We want you to love your Herwear pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
- In their original condition with all tags attached;
- Returned in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on intimate items (e.g. underwear) unless they are faulty. Sale or clearance items may be final sale where indicated.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders) within 7–14 business days. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability, within the same 14-day window.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us right away and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
